Belarus is interested in expanding furniture exports to Uzbekistan

A delegation from the Mozyr woodworking plant and the Newsprint Plant visited the region at the invitation of khokim Khairullo Bazarov. The parties discussed expanding interaction and promoting Belarusian products on the Uzbekistan market.
In Fergana, there is a furniture house “Belarus”, where the products of three enterprises are currently being demonstrated - “FanDOK”, which is part of the Mozyr DOK of the Yelsk furniture factory and the house-building branch of the ZGB. In the future, it is planned to expand the range and number of brands represented.
The Belarusian delegation met with the regional deputy khokim for construction, Maksad Isakov, and visited the Eco City residential complex under construction. We discussed with him the possibility of opening a showroom for Belarusian furniture and construction products - wallpaper, thermal panels, doors, etc.
The guests also discussed the prospects for the development of furniture production with the khokim of the Buvaida region Bekzod Ibragimov. The topic of supplying wooden houses, gazebos and saunas to the local sanatorium and resort area was separately touched upon.
Earlier, Spot wrote that the Russian furniture company Divan.ru opened a garden furniture workshop in Uzbekistan and intends to launch sales of other products here.
