MebelExpo Uzbekistan 2024: 20 years opening doors for furniture businesses.
The leading event of the furniture and woodworking industry of Uzbekistan - the 20th Anniversary International Exhibition ‘Production Technologies, Woodworking, Furniture and Components - MebelExpo Uzbekistan 2024’ will be held on 28-30 May 2024 in pavilions 3, 4 and Atrium Hall 2 of NEC “Uzexpocentre”.
Coziness and comfort in a house is largely ensured by its furnishings. Modern furniture not only ennobles the interior, but also serves convenience and relaxation. Practical furniture in the office - the key to successful work and creating a business atmosphere. The growing demand for ready-made furniture and interior items is caused by the large-scale construction of residential complexes, social infrastructure facilities, office buildings and business centres. In addition, the increase in demand and expansion of the product range is fuelled by the fact that Uzbekistan is the largest consumer market in the Central Asian region with a population of over 37 million people and the growing purchasing power of the population.
In this regard, the country's furniture and woodworking industry is among the most dynamically developing sectors of the economy, which mainly involves small and medium-sized businesses.
MebelExpo Uzbekistan, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary, has rightfully earned the status of the main exhibition event for the furniture industry in the country thanks to the high trust of its clients, its stability and creative approach.
It is at MebelExpo Uzbekistan that manufacturers of furniture products and accessories get direct access to modern technologies, equipment, raw materials and components that allow them to respond flexibly to changing customer demands and remain competitive in domestic and foreign markets.
At the same time, the exhibition is a convenient platform for direct negotiations with suppliers and prospective partners in the sector of finished furniture products, interior items and decor.
For 20 years, the exhibition has been attended by 1,200 companies from 30 countries and more than 105,000 professional visitors from all over the world.
The anniversary exhibition will traditionally feature manufacturers of finished furniture, suppliers of equipment, component materials, furniture chemicals, fittings, accessories and much more.
The exhibition will be attended by 144 companies from 14 countries: Austria, Republic of Belarus, China, France, Germany, Iran, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Russia, Sweden, Turkiye, Uzbekistan.
Most of the companies and brands represented at the exhibition are world-renowned manufacturers from Europe and Asia. Many of them have been taking part in the exhibition for more than 10 years, every year presenting their novelties and the latest world trends. Among them are Julius Blum Gmbh, Forex Mebel / TM Mebax, Master Plyus, / TM Leuco, Egida-Simakx and others.
Traditionally, at the exhibition it will be possible to purchase high-tech modern equipment for woodworking and furniture production, receiving first-hand advice on its operation, to get acquainted with a wide range of woodworking tools with a quality guarantee from European and Asian leaders. Among the participants of this section are the Austrian flagship FELDER, Russian brands LIGA, KDT, Spetstehuniversal, woodworking equipment from the Chinese leader NANXING. The exhibition will present a block of European manufacturers: Holz-her is part of the Weinig concern (furniture equipment), Kuper (equipment for working with veneer), Nestro Lufttechnik (air aspiration systems) - Germany, Sames Kremlin - France (colouring equipment). The exhibition will also present a wide range of woodworking tools from the famous German manufacturer Leuco.
The most widely presented will be the section of furniture components, where furniture makers and ordinary consumers will be able to assess the functional efficiency and convenience of furniture fittings, furniture accessories, high-quality furniture fillers, board materials, decorative paper for lamination, artificial stone for table tops and much more. The exhibition is attended by such well-known global brands as Blum, Hafele, GTV, Starax, Surteco, Impress, Boyard, Mesan and others.
For the first time, a separate hall will present a huge number of samples of furniture chemicals and coatings for woodworking: furniture adhesives, varnishes, paints, both from foreign and local manufacturers.
The National Pavilion of Turkiye returns to the exhibition. The delegation includes 14 leading manufacturers of woodworking paints and varnishes, office furniture, innovative solutions in furniture fittings and components.
For the first time a collective stand of furniture companies from the Yaroslavl region of the Russian Federation is planned at the exhibition. At the exhibition will be presented companies - manufacturers of office furniture, armchairs and chairs, children's furniture and other types of furniture products - Baltic Furniture Company, Mebelik, Yaroff.
Manufacturers from China, who will bring various furniture components and leading woodworking technologies, will be travelling to the exhibition with a wide exposition and the largest number of exhibitors (56 companies).
As part of the exhibition's business programme, a number of seminars are planned, which will provide a unique platform for local manufacturers to seek answers and advice on increasing sales and exporting furniture products from leading experts in this field from the Russian Federation.
MebelExpo Uzbekistan International Exhibition is a key event for furniture makers in Uzbekistan and foreign manufacturers seeking to enter a promising market.
